Frequently asked questions
- Is the villa rented as a whole?
- Yes, and only as a whole. The 382 m², the four bedrooms and every space are reserved for a single group. No bedroom is rented separately.
- Is my booking confirmed straight away?
- No. The site records a request, not a booking. We check your dates against all of our calendars, then confirm by email.
- How soon do I get a reply?
- We reply within 24 hours. Your dates stay on hold until then.
- Can I request an arrival for tomorrow?
- The form accepts arrivals from two days onwards. For a closer stay, contact us directly and we will check with you in real time.
- How many bedrooms does the villa have?
- Four bedrooms, each with a large bed, a television and its own bathroom. One of them is a 120 m² suite.
- How many people can the villa sleep?
- Twelve, across the four bedrooms, four of them on extra beds. Children are not counted in that total.
- What are the arrival and departure times?
- Arrival from 4 pm, departure before 11 am. As the villa is let as a whole, the morning is used to prepare it for the next stay.
- Can I cancel?
- The stay is refundable up to thirty days before arrival, half-refundable between thirty and fifteen days, and non-refundable thereafter.
